This month we welcome back Dylan to the studio to guide you on your yoga practice each week. Yoga classes are held on a Tuesday 6am, Thursday 7pm and Sunday 9am.

As well as an array of events and classes; we also offer likeminded services in the space to ensure you are looking after wellbeing from all directions.

On the first Saturday morning and Monday night of every month, we will be bringing in state‐of‐the‐art body composition analysis testing equipment. If your goals relates to body composition ‐ be it muscle gain, fat loss, hydration, and percentage of active muscle tissue ‐ this testing is for you.
Like the fitness and strength testing, it's about knowing where you're at, so you can move towards your goal. It takes 15 minutes and is completely private. You'll walk away with some stats and renewed motivation.
When: First Saturday and Monday each month
Times: Saturdays between 8am and 10am and Monday nights between 6pm and 8pm.
Where: In the Treatment room downstairs, which is, located to your right as you approach the front, glass entrance doors. You'll see a sign. Just wait on the bench and John will find you.
Cost: $50 each or $90 for 2 scans. Cash payment on the day appreciated.
